MANAGEMENT

In the Society of Inorganic Materials, Japan the General meeting and the Board of Directors are the voting organ when administering the Society’s general affairs. The President, Vice-Presidents and the Directors in charge of them shall carry out the resolutions and the auditors shall audit them. The council shall discuss the matters to be resolved in the General Meeting and the Society’s general affairs which the President submits. Business and research activities are led and managed by each committee.
